Content Marketer

As the content marketer, you will report directly to the VP of Growth and collaborate across the marketing, sales and product teams to reach our future customers.

Castellum.AI has excelled at creating unique, interesting and insightful content that has built the company’s brand as experts in compliance. We publish expert insights that resonate with our audience and our data-driven analysis is regularly cited by WSJ, NYT, WaPo and other tier 1 publications. 

You will: Help Castellum.AI reach target audiences in the financial services space and expand brand awareness.

You are: A motivated and experienced content marketer that will help operationalize and scale our marketing efforts. 

You have: A proven track record in creating and distributing engaging content across traction channels and a passion for international politics. You will work closely with the VP of Growth and Product Marketing Manager to execute on content strategy and community engagement. This includes writing and publishing blog posts, organizing and marketing webinars, creating white papers and case studies, data-driven analysis, web pages and more on a regular basis 

About Us: Castellum.AI is an all-in-one AI agents and screening solution for AML/KYC that reduces unproductive alerts by up to 94% compared to legacy providers. We’re scaling quickly to meet market demand.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content marketing plan and content priorities.
  • Write multiple blog posts and associated repurposed content across socials, website, newsletter and more.
  • Leverage automation tools and internal SMEs to develop high-quality content at scale.
  • Create, from start to finish, content including: blog posts, white papers, web pages, webinars, in-person events and community engagement content.
  • Synthesize product and sales messaging to compose accurate content that is compelling for target audiences.
  • Maintain the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital assets, ensuring they are updated and engaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: sales, product, and customer success. Ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with overall business objectives.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate emerging trends, competition activity, and opportunities for growth.
  • Influence content marketing initiatives and OKRs to drive results. Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s brand objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding and ability to articulate Castellum.AI’s brand messaging and product values.
  • Contribute to the company’s broader community engagement and collaborate with marketing, product and sales to build a strong following of Castellum.AI evangelists among industry professionals and clients. 

You Should Apply If You:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, English, business, international affairs, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably with experience in compliance or related industries;
  • Previous experience in enterprise software/fintech/compliance fields;
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent writing and research skills and the ability to tailor written and verbal messaging to various audiences;
  • Demonstrated experience across content marketing channels, including: website, media, social media, webinars and more;
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others; 
  • Experience with design platforms such as Figma and Canva;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; and
  • BONUS: Experience working in compliance and industries with an international affairs component.

  4. Team Interview: Get a sense of how we work, our culture and interact with our team members.

  5. Decision: After your final interview, you’ll hear back from us within a few days.
